Instructions:
Step 1: Make your purchase.
Step 2: Send an image (or a range of images) to foliotutoring@gmail.co.uk. Don’t worry about strong resolution; good lighting and positioning are the most important things.
Step 3: Keep an eye out for an email with an attached file showing the initial sketch/composition. Reply to approve this or to request alterations (I accept up to two changes at this stage). Following this, the remaining steps of the drawing/painting process will be completed.
Step 4: Different sizes and mediums will have different completion/drying times. You will be advised in advance when to expect your commission to be completed and dispatched. You will receive a follow-up image of the completed piece (again, I accept up to two changes before dispatch). Get in touch to ask if it is possible for a commission to arrive before a specific date.

No frames or mounting boards are available.
All oil paintings are painted on wood panels.
Returns policy: Customers can receive their full money back if cancellations are made before approving the initial sketch or requesting alterations to the sketch. No returns are accepted after this stage.
